Veggies that Burn Abdominal Fat
What if I told you that there are vegetables that burn belly fat or at least help you
avoid gaining it? Would you be surprised?
In some way, you shouldn't be as your diet is the most important thing that determines whether or not you'll

your body to cling to more fat than it should and store it in your abs. It just makes it super hard to get flat abs, no matter how much you workout.
The good news is that some vegetables contain elements that can fight xenoestrogens and help to reduce or
eliminate their belly fat effect.
These are cruciferous vegetables (green leafy veggies) such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage,
brussels sprouts, kale, etc.
These veggies burn belly fat because they contain indole-3-carbinol (I3C), an element that helps to fight
xenestrogens and prevevent their nasty effect on the body.
And this isn't the only reason why xenoestrogens are bad for you. While research on these chemicals is far from
completed, there are indications that link them to certain cancers and other health conditions.
So, including cruciferous vegetables in your regular diet will not only help you to burn belly fat but will also help you to avoid nasty diseases.
Naturally, you can and also should do your best to reduce the amound of xenoestrogens that you put into your
body.
It's nearly impossible to avoid them altogether, but by eating organic food, grass fed meat, using little
or no pesticides and avoiding elements such as parabens, heptachlor, DDT, and others, you will already do a lot to
gain less belly fat. Eating these veggies that burn abdominal fat will help you even further.
