How to Get Flat Abs in 2 - 3 Weeks

The headline of this article may shock some of you or have you shaking your head in disbelief, but a lot of people have been asking me this question or something very similar to it, so I thought I'd address it here.

Is it possible to get a flat belly in 2 weeks?

Naturally, having flat abs is something you want, so it stands to reason that you would want it as fast as possible. However, I only wish it was possible for all of us to achieve this goal in so little time.

I don't blame you for believing it's possible to get a flat stomach in 2 weeks. I blame all the useless infomercials for one scam abs machine or another for planting this idea into our mind.

The truth is that it will take a different time frame for each and every one of us to flatten our stomach. After all, if you have 30 pounds of excess fat to lose, it stands to reason that it will take you longer to get flat abs than someone who just has 5 pounds to lose.

 So, how long will it take?

It depends a lot on your starting point. The more weight you have to lose, the longer it is likely to take. To get flat abs, you need to first lose your excess belly fat. Even if you have strong stomach muscles, they will not show under a blanket of fat. You need to burn off that blanket.

It may be a matter of weeks or it may take months. It's something which you can make shorter or longer, depending on what you do during that time.

If you continue eating badly, feeding your body with the wrong things at the wrong time, you are just as likely to gain more fat than you are of losing it. You need to seriously take your nutrition as a project and make sure to learn to eat healthy. This is a major key of your success. You'd be surprised at how much weight you can gain in 2 weeks of unhealthy eating. If is likely to take more than that to correct things.

 Of course, the way you exercise has a major bearing on your success and progress.
