The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan
has been one of the most popular nutrition based weight loss
programs online for over 3 years. What I mean by nutrition
based is that the weight loss is achieved by following an
eating plan. Physical activity plays very little part in this
program, so it's a viable option if you just don't have the
time to exercise, suffer from some injury, or just can't
workout regularly for some other reason.
The Calorie Shifting Diet Method
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program is based on the calorie
shifting eating method. Calorie Shifting is a method by which
you avoid the metabolic slow down which occurs with many diet
plans.
Metabolic slow down happens when you deprive your body of
too much calories or provide it will too little of a certain
nutrient. That's why low-carb, low calorie, low fat, or any
other of the low-something or no-something diets are likely to
induce a metabolic slowdown.
When your body senses that it's being deprived of a nutrient
or enough calories it reacts by slowing down its calorie burn
rate. This meas that it gets harder and harder for you to lose
weight, until your weight loss stops.
Then, when you go off the diet, finally, your metabolism is
so slow that you begin packing on the pounds that you lost and
more.
This is one of the main reasons why 95% of diets fail.
Shifting Calories to 'Fool' the
metabolism
When you shift your calories you basically 'trick' your
metabolism into believing you're not really dieting when you
are.
This is done by constantly changing the amount and type of
calories that you eat from one day to the next and from one
meal to the next. It's less about quantity and more about the

Does Fat Loss 4 Idiots
Work?
I can say that the people I've spoken too have
mostly been very pleased with it. I've spoken to people who
have lost 30 pounds and more on this diet in a relatively short
time and were absolutely in love with it.
It doesn't work for everyone (nothing does) but
it works for most of the people I've spoken to and I believe
that you should be no different.

Lose 9 pounds in 11 Days
The website of FatLoss4Idiots says that you can
lose 9 lbs in 11 days with this plan. As someone who has spoken
with hundreds of users of the diet I can say that this may be
true for some but not for all.
I place the average weight loss at around 5-7
lbs in 11 days, and there will be stronger cycles and slower
ones.
But, as long as you continue to lose weight,
you're on the right track, so don't get discouraged. I still
recommend this plan.

Is it really that simple?
Some people wonder where FatLoss4Idiots got its
name. The reason that it has this name is that it's one of the
simplest diets in the world. Certainly one of the easiest I've
seen.
You get a menu to follow based on your food

4 meals each day. How could it be simpler?
