Everlast
Standard Duo Exercise Wheel
The Everlast Standard Duo Exercise
Wheel is a fitness equipment which is used to
work the abs, both central muscles and obliques.
It is basically an ab
wheel with a double wheel for extra stability and
durability.
The product currently costs about $15 on Amazon and the
Everlast brand is well known and respected in the fitness
world.
How to Use the
Exercise Wheel
As with any ab wheel, you begin the exercise on your knees
placing them side by side on the floor and place one hand on
each of the handle grips.
The movement is done by slowly rolling the exercise wheel
away from you and descending toward the floor until your hands
are outstretched over your head but you never touch the ground
with your upper body.
To return to the starting position, you contract your abs
and slowly pull the ab wheel toward you while arching your
back. Remember to exhale when you do this final motion to get
back to the starting position.
This is going to be a hard workout to do. At first you will
likely manage to do only a handful of repetitions. Don't let
this get you down. It's actually a good sign because it means
you're doing an effective
stomach exercise which will help you to tone your
abs.

Final
Note
Working out with an exercise wheel is a great way to
strengthen your stomach muscles but it alone will not get you
flat abs. It can't. Getting flat abs requires full body
workouts as well as maintain a healthy eating plan.
But the exercise wheel can help you do a shorter but still
more effective workout. It's much better than regular ab
exercises and is a great addition to any home workout equipment
that you may have.
If you really want to get flat abs, the ab wheel can help.
However, I also recommend getting this ab program for best
