Did you know that the average success rate on diets is about 5%?
That’s right, over 95% percent of dieters fail to lose weight in the long run. For some reason, they either fail to lose weight to begin with or see their weight loss taper off after a while only to gain back what they did lose and more.
There are many reasons why diets fail, but one of them is due to the fact that we just don’t know how to eat according to our own body type.
You see, each of us has his or her own metabolic and physical type. When we don’t eat according to our body type, but work with a general diet, we may be working against our body and not with it.
This isn’t true for everyone, of course. Some of us do very well on general weight loss plans, but if you have failed with 2-3 diets or more in your life, this may indeed be the things which failed you.
The solution is to try to stop relying on diet plans and try to create your own, tailor made, eating routine, based on your metabolic type and focused on eating the right kind of foods, but not in the framework of any diet plan as such, but as an overall way of life.
The Solution For People Whom Diets Fail
I hope you noticed that I said that diets failed you, you didn’t fail on diets. If a system doesn’t provide you with the results you had hoped for, you needn’t blame yourself. This is counterproductive. What you need to do is set this disappointing experience aside, congratulate yourself on making a worthy attempt, and move on with your life.
But if system after system have failed you in the past, you’d do well to try something a bit different.
I recommend the following nutrition ebook for people who have had bad luck with diets: Diet Solution Program
The Diet Solution Program was written by nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios and is a Nutrition Bible if I ever saw one. The number of myths this books dispels is incredible. Many foods which you thought were good for you will finally be exposed for what they really are through this excellent ebook.
I don’t call it the best nutrition book for an abs diet for nothing, because, even though it is 100% nutrition education, it can help you to lose belly fat through the right eating routine for YOU. And that’s the main thing.
While working out is important to get flat abs, pursuing the right abs diet is crucial. If you don’t eat right, all of your efforts will be useless.
Regardless of anything, even if you have a popping 6 pack, I still recommend getting this book because it can teach you a whole lot about eating correctly for you, which will help you to remain healthy, lean, energetic, and youthful far into the future.
