6 Second Abs Reviews - Does 6 Second Abs Really Work?
Among the highly debated abs exercise gadgets is 6 Second Abs. This is another massively advertised abs
exercise equipment which promises to help you shave off inches off your abs and tone them considerably.
The concept of 6 Second Abs is that it allows you to work the various areas of your abs without having you lie
down on a mat. You can work with this machine while sitting upright in your chair. This is supposed to be helpful
if you have a bad back and can't do crunches.
The promise behind this product is that in mere minutes of working out daily, you'll be able to achieve
substantial results in a matter of 1-2 weeks.
By the way, it got its name from the time in which it takes to complete 1 repetition on this product, not the
entire workout time.
But does the 6 Second Abs really work?
I haven't tried it out myself, but I have researched it thoroughly and will bring the various reviews of 6
Second Abs that I've read. But first, let me just say that anything which promises you these kinds of fast and
effortless results is suspicious in my mind. I don't want to say that 6 Seconds Abs is a scam product, but I will
say that I have grave doubts that it delivers.
Second, this abs machine does include a diet handbook, but it barely scratches the surface of the kind of
nutrition required to tone up. Since it works the abs alone, it basically falls under the spot reduction myth
category of abs machines: those that claim that they can help you to get flat
abs by working the stomach alone, when it's impossible to lose just stomach fat that way.
6 Second Abs Reviews and Testimonials
I checked the Amazon page about 6 Second Abs and had a look at the reviews.
More people gave it the worse possible mark than the number of people who gave it the highest possible mark.
This in itself is a worrying sign. However, not all the reviews were bad.
Some people with bad backs did say that they felt more comfortable to be working with this machine
as they simply can't bare doing regular stomach exercises.
But some of the bad reviews had the following to say:
1. The machine either broke or always felt on the verge of breaking. This is because the 6SecondAbs gadget is
made of plastic.
2. Resistence levels of this product may be good for absolute beginners but you will quickly progress beyond
them as they simply aren't enough in the long run.
Overall, I'd say this is a classic case in which someone tries to tell you that you can achieve great abs and
avoid effort at the same time. It doesn't work that way. Otherwise we'd all be sporting perfect stomachs.
To get flat abs you need to burn tummy fat and train your entire body. Not just your
abs. You also need to eat in a healthy manner and to realize that it will take time to get real results.
That's why, I don't recommend this product and advise you to invest in something more lasting and complete. You
need the right knowledge to get flat abs.
